VENUE
What is the bathroom situation? There are a couple of outdoor portable toilets (without sinks) and there is a restroom available for public use within the New Dimensions Studio. There are additional sinks within the studio, but outside the restrooms, for handwashing use.
What is the parking situation? Every guest has free, on-site parking included in their purchased tickets. Guests are welcome to park in the Cor Mariae parking lot next to Womanspace. The Goblin Market will be set up in the parking spaces near the pavilion, where tea and desserts will be served.
Where do I check in? Our staff will have a check-in table set up at the bottom of the Womanspace driveway. Guests will be required to show their ID and event ticket. If you purchased a Crowned Fae ticket, your VIP gift will be given at this time.
Where can I smoke? During this event, we ask guests to refrain from smoking cigarettes or e-cigarettes. Womanspace is a smoke-free campus.
GOBLIN MARKET
Do I need to bring cash? Yes! There is not an on-site ATM. However, there are many banks located nearby at the Perryville Crossings off Perryville Rd. Many vendors will have other forms of payment, but cash ensures that you will be able to take home all the goodies your heart desires!
Where will the Goblin Market be located? The Goblin Market will be located in the parking spaces closest to the dining pavilion. Guests will walk through it after checking in to reach the other attractions.
Which vendors will be at the Goblin Market? The vendor application form is open March 31-May X. We will notify vendors of their status by May X. We will announce the selected vendors on our social media pages as the event approaches.
GENERAL
Is there an age requirement? Yes. This is an adult-only event. All guests must be over the age of 18 to attend with a form of ID to show at check-in.
Is this an outdoor event? Yes, this event will be hosted outdoors on the Womanspace campus. The dining pavilion (where the tea and dessert table will be located) is under a permanent pavilion with curtains on all sides that can be closed in the case of bad weather. All vendors will be under 10x10 tents. There are indoor restrooms located in the New Dimensions Studio near the VIP Garden. This is a rain or shine event.
What is acceptable attire for this event? We encourage guests to dress their fairy best in cosplay attire. Wings, crowns, cosplay makeup, armor, and other costumes are welcome. What is the rule for cosplay weapons? Guests are welcome to bring fake weapons as part of their cosplay, but real weapons are strictly prohibited inside the building. All cosplay weapons must be peace-tied and kept on you at all times.
Can we bring trinkets to trade? Absolutely! We encourage guests to bring bracelets, stickers, flowers, beads, coins, and more to trade amongst themselves. Looking to trade, but too nervous to start? Find our Trinket Trading Post in the woods and meet the Wanderer of Wonders. The merchant may even have a little gift for you!
Will food and drinks be provided? All guests, both GA and VIP, are welcome to unlimited drinks and access to our dessert table (while supplies last). In addition, we will have a food truck available to purchase food for meals if guests are hungry for something more filling. We will not be providing a meal as this event only runs from 1:00 - 5:00 PM.
What if I don’t like tea? Are there other options? In addition to three types of tea, we will also have lemonade, water, and sweet tea on site. Guests are welcome to an unlimited amount of beverages.
TICKET INFO
What percentage is being donated? 10% of each GA ticket and 15% of each VIP ticket is donated to Womanspace, a. non-profit organization in Rockford, IL.
